This is the home site for Katherine Bennett's Design Investigation course at Art Center College of Design. In time, it will contain the methods and tools we use for qualitative design research, including a complete set of generative exercises as well as a system for analyzing the findings.
This methodology has been developed over time and has been proven in practice to produce actionable outcomes: viable design opportunities that are firmly linked to insights gained in the research process.
